Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards via paypal. Paypal is this is one of the most secure methods of paying for goods online and we never see your card details. You do not need a paypal account to pay.

Shipping
UK postage and packaging is just £2.50! We are happy to ship worldwide but you will need to email us your order and which country you need to the order sent to, we can weigh your items and give you a postage quote.

Returns
At Airy Fairy we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Occasionally though, we realised you may want to return items. All our figurines are opened and inspected before posting.


Under the UK Distance Selling Regulatons, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to unwanted pierced products, hosiery, confectionery and cosmetic products. Our 30-day returns guarantee

Our 30-day* returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item--see our Refunds Policy. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.

We regret that we cannot refund postage charges.

There are 2 ways to return an item:

• Return the goods to our Birmingham store for an immediate refund or exchange
• Return to us by post. We recommend you request a certificate of posting which should be retained until your refund is processed.
